International Head of Financing & Treasury (m/f/x)

Your mission

• You are responsible for the international financing of our projects and our company and thus ensure the growth of our company.

• You steer the financing and treasury teams and establish group standards for financing and treasury

• You develop the company's financing strategy together with the management team

• You optimize the cash management in the group 

• You improve our financial risk reporting and develop a risk mitigation (hedging) strategy

Your profile

• Degree in economics and/or comparable education

• At least 5 -10 years of professional experience in financing (project finance, corporate finance, banking) and treasury (cash and risk management).

• You are used to structuring transactions at a high level and successfully implementing them with appropriate partners (tax & financial advisory, lawyers) as well as capital providers.

• You enjoy teamwork, have very good analytical thinking skills and a confident demeanor.

• The ability to grasp complex contexts quickly, to find target-oriented solutions and to prepare them effectively – also in English – rounds off your profile.

• Very good English skills, good French skills is an advantage
